摘要
从刮板输送机的原理、结构入手,着重分析了中部槽这一重要受载部件在一般工况下受载和磨损情况,结合仿生学的理论,提出了改造方案。结果表明改造后的刮板输送机的结构强度和耐磨性得到显著提高。
Based on the principle and structure of scraper conveyor,this paper analyzes the load and wear of the important loaded part of the middle slot under general working conditions,and puts forward the transformation scheme combined with the theory of bionic science.The results show that the structural strength and wear resistance of the modified scraper conveyor are significantly improved.
