摘要
在分析当前矿用绞车所存在问题的基础上,以某矿工作面为背景,提出将气动绞车应用于煤矿生产中,并对其结构、关键部件的选型和气动系统进行分析,对该气动绞车的气动系统性能进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,气动系统制动器的响应特性能够满足相应工作压力的要求,说明气动绞车气动系统可靠,可被广泛应用于煤矿生产中。
on the basis of analyzing the existing problems of mine winch at present,based on the background of a mine working face,the pneumatic winch is applied to coal mine production,its structure,the selection of key components and the pneumatic system are analyzed,and the performance of the pneumatic winch is simulated and analyzed.The simulation results show that the response characteristics of the pneumatic system brake can meet the requirements of the corresponding working pressure,which shows that the pneumatic system of the pneumatic winch is reliable and can be widely used in coal mine production.
