摘要
从内在原因与外在原因两方面分析了刮板输送机的常见故障及原因,采用仿真手段确定链轮优化的方向,根据仿真结构提出有效优化措施,包括降低链轮磨损和优化链轮尺寸,并对优化效果进行了验证。通过验证,表明上述优化措施有效。
This paper analyzes the common faults and causes of scraper conveyor from two aspects of internal factors and external factors,determines the direction of sprocket optimization by means of simulation,puts forward effective optimization measures according to the simulation structure,including reducing sprocket wear measures and optimizing sprocket size,and verifies the optimization effect.By experiment,the optimization measures were effective.
