摘要
以掘进机截割头配套设备的受力分析与计算公式为基础,利用计算机仿真模拟,对截割头配套系统进行模拟分析与验算,确立了掘进机截割头配套系统在运行状态下的受力情况以及扭矩值,通过计算与建立坐标模型,分析了截割头切割煤层时的形状,提出对截割头配套系统的优化改进措施,即:通过改变截割头直径的长度,避免截割头切入程度过深造成过载停机;通过选择进口合金材料制成的底座,使掘进机截割头受力均衡,以提高截割头底座的稳定性。
According to the force analysis and calculation formula of the cutting head matching equipment of the roadheader,firstly,the matching of the cutting head and the coal seam are simulated,analyzed and checked by computer simulation,and the force and torque value of the matching system of the cutting head of the roadheader in the running state are established.By calculating and establishing the coordinate model,the shape of the cutting head cutting coal seam is analyzed,and the overload shutdown caused by the deep cutting degree of the cutting head is avoided.And optimization measures are put forward,that is by changing the length of the cutting head diameter.Based on the wear of the tail of the cutting head of the roadheader,the force balance of the cutting head of the roadheader is made by selecting the imported alloy material,and the stability of the cutting head base is fully guaranteed.The cut depth was reinforced.
