This paper introduces the optimization method of belt conveyor middle tension,that is,the tail tension,at the same time,the number of rollers is reduced to 3,by reducing the number of rollers,the phenomenon of belt deviation of belt conveyor can be avoided.The optimization of tension mode in the middle of belt conveyor greatly reduces the maintenance of equipment and mechanical and electrical failure rate,and reduces the production cost.
