摘要
采用现场测量与理论分析的方案,对大倾角综采作业过程中作用在液压支架上的动载荷特性进行研究,包括正常回采阶段液压支架动载荷特性、综采面来压阶段液压支架动载荷特性、液压支架前柱和后柱的受力变化特性。结果表明:当在正常综采作业期液压支架的受载不均衡性表现为后侧的支柱大于前侧的支柱,在顶板来压期间的不均衡性大于在正常回采阶段的不均衡性。该研究结果可为优化液压支架结构、提升支护可靠性奠定基础。
The dynamic load characteristics of hydraulic support in the process of fully mechanized mining with large inclination angle are studied by means of field measurement and theoretical analysis,including the dynamic load characteristics of hydraulic support in normal mining stage,the dynamic load characteristics of hydraulic support in the pressure stage of fully mechanized mining face,and the stress variation characteristics of the front column and rear column of hydraulic support.The results show that when the load imbalance of hydraulic support during normal fully mechanized mining operation is larger than that of front pillar,the imbalance of hydraulic support during roof pressure is greater than that of normal mining stage,which lays a foundation for optimizing the structure of hydraulic support and improving the reliability of support.
