摘要
通过对风机工作时不稳定现状的分析,利用计算流体动力学原理,对对旋式风机不同轴向间隙对风机工作时流场特性的影响进行了分析,结果表明增加轴向间隙能够降低流场对二级风叶的影响,当轴向间隙为0.7b时具有最优的工作性能。
By analyzing the unstability of the ventilation,the flow field ventilation characteristics of ventilators with different axial clearances are analyzed by using the principle of computer fluid dynamics,and based on the principle of computational fluid dynamics,the flow field characteristics of counter-rotating fans with different axial clearances are analyzed.The results show that increasing the axial clearance can reduce the influence of flow field on secondary blades,and has the best performance when the axial clearance is 0.7b.
