摘要
以煤矿绞车结构分析为基础,根据低速轴的实际结构尺寸,采用PRO-E软件和ABQUS软件,建立了其三维模型及仿真模型,从应力、应变方面对低速轴结构特性仿真进行分析。结果表明:低速轴在实际使用中,其应力集中及变形量相对较大处更容易出现严重磨损、结构变形及断裂等故障。由此掌握了低速轴的应力、应变分布规律,同时对低速轴的结构优化提出了改进建议,对进一步提高低速轴的结构性能具有指导意义。
Based on the structural analysis of coal mine winch,according to the actual structural size of low speed shaft,its three-dimensional model and simulation model are established by using PRO-E software and ABQUS software,and the structural characteristics of low speed shaft are analyzed from the aspects of stress and strain.The results show that the stress concentration and deformation of the low speed shaft are more prone to serious wear,structural deformation and fracture in practical use.As a result,the stress and strain of the low speed shaft are mastered.At the same time,some suggestions for improving the structural optimization of low speed shaft are put forward,which is of guiding significance for further improving the structural performance of low speed shaft.
