矿井手摇离合装置振动特性的测试试验研究

摘要 对液控闸阀的功能以及手摇离合装置样机的振动特性进行了测试,并对测试结果进行了分析,认为:闸阀保压性较高,满足安全稳定的工作条件;频谱图中明显峰值点所对应的频率为太阳轮的旋转频率及其低倍频,变速箱不会发生明显的共振现象,太阳轮的旋转频率为变速箱振动的主要原因,低速转动频率有助于变速箱工作的稳定性。 The function of the hydraulic gate valve and the vibration characteristics of the prototype of the hand clutch device are tested,and this paper analyzes test results and it is considered that the gate valve has high pressure retention and meets the conditions of safe and stable working.The frequency corresponding to the obvious peak point in the spectrum diagram is the rotating frequency of the solar wheel and its low frequency doubling,and there will be no obvious resonance phenomenon in the gearbox.The rotating frequency of the solar wheel is the main reason for the vibration of the gearbox.The low speed rotation frequency is helpful to the stability of the gearbox.
