摘要
针对鹿台山矿的实际通风需求,对通风机进行选型,选用FBCDZ№28型矿用防爆轴流式通风机以及YBF630-8型防爆电动机,根据设计图纸对选择的风机进行安装,对其配套的配电网络也进行了相应的改进。实践应用表明,改进后风机的损坏概率大大降低,同时也增加了井下环境的安全性,降低了安全隐患。
According to the actual ventilation demand of Lutai Mountain Mine,the type of ventilator is selected,FBCDZ/28 mine explosion-proof axial flow ventilator and YBF630-8 explosion-proof motor are selected,the selected fan is installed according to the design drawing,and the matching distribution network is also improved accordingly.After the improvement of ventilator and corresponding distribution facilities,the probability of fan damage is greatly reduced,at the same time,the safety of underground environment is increased and the hidden danger of safety is reduced.
