The separation products of heavy medium cyclone for three products in coal preparation plant are not ideal.The separation technology principle of heavy medium cyclone is expounded theoretically,the existing problems of separation process are analyzed,and the separation equipment and separation process parameters are optimized and improved.Through the control and transformation of the separation process,three high quality products are selected,which brings remarkable economic benefits to the coal preparation plant.
