沿空留巷冒顶事故及“锚注+架棚+挑棚”支护方式的研究

Study on Roof Falling Accident along Goaf and Support Method of "Anchor and Grouting Shed"

以鑫瑞煤业1122(1)工作面沿空留巷巷修冒顶事故为工程实例,以支护设计为核心对冒顶事故原因进行深入分析,提出了“断裂、离层及去路”冒顶三要素概念,分析得出“三要素同时具备必然会发生冒顶”的结论。针对冒顶事故发生原因,提出了基于“锚注+架棚+挑棚”联合支护方式的相应防范措施,可以有效防范冒顶事故的发生,为类似条件下巷道安全管控提供了理论依据和现场指导。

Taking Xinrui Coal Industry 1122(1)working face to repair roof falling accident along gob roadway as an example,taking support design as the core,this paper makes a deep analysis of the causes of roof fall accident,and puts forward the concept of"fracture,layer separation and road removal".At the same time,the three elements are bound to occur roof fall.In view of the causes of roof fall accident,the corresponding preventive measures based on the combined support mode of"anchor and grouting shed"are put forward,which can effectively prevent the occurrence of roof fall accident and provide theoretical basis and field guidance for roadway safety control under similar conditions.
