摘要
以马兰矿主通风机为研究对象,采用PLC控制器对通风机进行变频调速改造,包括主要控制系统、PLC监控系统、安全保护系统和制动控制系统,并对变频器、控制器和瓦斯传感器进行合理选型。经改造后的变频调速系统不仅提高了矿井主通风机输送风量的智能化、自动化水平和系统对瓦斯的监测精度,还为矿井的安全生产节约了大量生产成本支出。
Taking the main ventilator of Malan Mine as the research object,the PLC controller is used to transform the ventilator with frequency conversion and speed regulation,including the main control system,monitoring PLC system,safety protection system and braking control system,and the frequency converter,controller and gas sensor are selected reasonably.The modified variable frequency speed regulation system not only improves the intelligence of the transportation air volume of the mine main ventilator,the automation level and the monitoring accuracy of the system,but also saves a large amount of production cost expenditure for the safety production of the mine.
