回撤端头掩护支架的研制及电液控制系统的设计研究 被引量:2

摘要 基于综采工作面的回撤掩护支架工作环境恶劣、工人操作存在安全隐患等问题,设计了新型回撤端头掩护液压支架,并给出了其电液控制系统的详细设计方案。实践应用效果表明,该液压支架及电液控制系统设计合理、操作简单、安全性能高,有效降低了回撤期间安全事故的发生。 Based on the bad working environment of the withdrawal cover support in the fully mechanized mining face and the hidden danger of safety in the operation of the workers,a new type of hydraulic support for the withdrawal end cover is designed.The design plan of the electrohydraulic control system has been put forward.The practical application results show that the hydraulic support and electro-hydraulic control system are reasonable in design,simple in operation and high in safety performance,which effectively reduces the occurrence of safety accidents during withdrawal.
