摘要
为实现地面远程自动化控制矿井水泵房,使水泵房实现节能增效,基于国内水泵房现存不足,设计了一种矿井水泵房远程集控系统,具体介绍了该系统的主要结构及怎样进行水泵房的远程集控,分析了系统主要控制方式,总结了系统远程集控流程。首先进行的是指令下发前状态的判断,其次控制系统接收到水泵的启动命令时自动选定射流以及排水管路以及准备开启的水泵,当监测到水仓内的水位低于预定的下限时立刻停止水泵运行,当系统内部出现故障时进行故障停泵。实际应用结果表明,该远程控制系统,能有效控制矿井水泵房运行,更好地满足矿井排水需求。
In order to realize remote automatic control of mine water pump room and realize energy saving and efficiency,a remote centralized control system of mine water pump room is designed based on the existing shortcomings of domestic pump room,and the main structure of the system and how to carry out remote centralized control of water pump room are introduced in detail.The main control modes of the system are analyzed,and the remote centralized control flow of the system is summarized.First of all,the judgment of the state before the instruction is carried out,and secondly,when the control system receives the starting command of the pump,the jet is automatically selected.
