摘要
由于在进行快速掘进工作时,采用传统的采煤机会出现掘进速度过慢,同时为了解决在快速掘进中采煤的连续性问题,提出在快速掘进中使用EML340连续采煤机。针对快速掘进工作面设备的布置与参数,对EML340连续采煤机的掘进工艺与方法进行详细分析。在虎峰煤业井下的快速掘进过程中使用该型号采煤机,取得良好的效果。
In order to solve the problem of coal mining continuity in rapid excavation,EML340 continuous shearer is proposed to use EML340 continuous shearer in rapid excavation in order to solve the problem of coal mining continuity in rapid excavation.According to the arrangement and parameters of equipment in rapid heading face,the driving technology and method of EML340 continuous shearer are analyzed in detail.This type of shearer has been used in the process of rapid excavation in Hufeng coal industry,and good results have been obtained.
