Promoting the Soft Power of Medical Insurance Practitioners in Hospitals by Competency Teaching

目的:适应新时代医院医保管理工作的发展变化和对医保从业人员胜任力的要求,更好满足参保人的医疗保障需求。方法:构建中国医院医保从业人员胜任力模型,开展相关培训,对1200余所医院医保从业人员胜任力情况进行调研,并根据调研结果持续改进胜任力教学内容。结论:提升医保从业人员的软实力是正确的抉择和有效的途径,需增加政治素养、法律素养、职业素养、礼仪素养等软实力教学内容,以满足医保管理和人才培养全面发展的需求。

Objective: To adapt to the development and changes of hospital medical insurance management in the New Era and the requirements for the competence of medical insurance practitioners, so as to better meet the medical security needs of the insured. Methods: The competency model of medical insurance practitioners in Chinese hospitals was constructed, relevant training was carried out, and the competency of medical insurance practitioners in more than 1200 hospitals was investigated, and the teaching content of competency was continuously improved according to the results of the investigation. Conclusion: It is a correct choice and effective way to improve the soft power of medical insurance practitioners. It is necessary to increase the teaching contents of soft power, such as political literacy, legal literacy, professional literacy and etiquette literacy, in order to meet the needs of comprehensive development of medical insurance management and personnel training.
