摘要
针对长安公司某款发动机曲轴后油封总装现场装配后泄检合格率低问题,通过产品设计校核及工艺验证发现曲轴后油封唇口回油线高度过高是导致泄检不合格的关键因素,因此提出改进曲轴后油封回油线高度,并将回油线高度纳入产品图控制参数等改进措施。验证确认,回油线高度优化后发动机曲轴后油封一次性泄检合格率达到98.97%,有效解决了发动机总装装配效率瓶颈问题。
It aims at resolving the issue of low qualified ratio in leakage-checking of engine rear seal manufactured by Chang’an Automobile Co.,Ltd.After design verification and process parameters verification,it is found that the leakage is mainly attributable to the fact that the raise flute of rear oil seal is too high.Therefore,it suggests that improving the height of raise flutes and regulating the parameter value in the product drawing.The result shows that the qualified ratio has been improved to 98.97% and effectively solves the problem of efficiency in engine assembly line.
