河北北方学院化学类本科生专业创新能力培养模式探索

The Training Mode of Professional Innovation Ability of Chemistry Students in Hebei North University

摘要 针对河北北方学院化学类学科特点,将该专业本科生分配给具有专业课题和研究方向的学科专业教师,组成专业课题组,课题组依托自身软硬件资源及专业平台优势,通过个性化培养方案实现本科生专业创新能力的培养。实践证明,这种课题组模式针对性强,符合学生创新能力形成发展规律,推动了学生专业创新能力培养工作的开展,实现了科研活动对教学工作的促进。 Based on the characteristics of the courses of chemistry,the mode of research teams is adopted in the training of students’ professional innovation ability.The students are assigned to those professional teachers with professional researches to form research teams.Using their own resources and the advantages of the professional platform,the research teams train the students’ professional innovation ability by establishing and implementing personalized training scheme.The practice reveals that the mode of research teams is well-targeted,in accordance with the development rules of students’ innovation ability.In addition,this mode can promote the work of training the students’ professional innovation ability and help to realize the promotion of scientific research to course teaching.
