社会实践是高校提高大学生综合素质的必然途径。为了提高医学专业学生的就业能力,项目组以“实践育人”的人才培养理念为出发点,充分发挥医学专业的优势,组织医学生利用节假日等课余时间积极参加多种形式的社会实践活动,在完善社会实践长效机制的同时,促使医学生的人文素养和社会责任感不断提升,专业知识得以巩固。

Social practice is the necessary way to strengthen the comprehensive qualities of university students.In order to improve the employment competence of medical students,starting from the talent training concept of “practice education”,the research team organizes medical students to participate in various social practices in their spare time,which has not only helped improve the humanistic literacy and the sense of social responsibility of medical students,but had their professional knowledge consolidated as well.
