摘要
美国高校的服务学习是一种将学术课程与社区服务紧密结合的实践教育模式,在培养大学生专业学习能力、提升公民社会责任感和明确职业发展方向等方面发挥了重要作用。目前,中国部分高校在大学生社会实践中存在实践主体参与度不高、实践内容与专业较为脱节以及实践考评体系不完善等问题。借鉴美国服务学习的成功经验,从整合多方资源、实现学生全员参与,融入学术课程、提高学生专业技能和健全考评体系、引导学生积极反思3方面提出建议,为完善中国大学生社会实践提供参考。
Service Learning in American universities is a student-centered practical education mode which combines academic courses with community service.It plays an important role in the cultivation of students’ professional learning ability,the promotion of their sense of social responsibility and the definition of their career development direction.At present,there are some problems in students’ social practice in some universities in China,such as the low participation of practice subjects,the disconnection between the practice content and the students’ specialty,and the imperfection of the practice evaluation system.By reference to the successful experience of service learning in America,the paper makes suggestions from three aspects to provide reference to the improvement of the social practice of Chinese university students,namely integrating multi-resources to realize full participation of students,integrating academic courses to improve students’ professional skills,and perfecting the evaluation system to guide students to reflect actively.
