脊柱融合手术术后生物力学变化的相关并发症 被引量:1

摘要 脊柱融合手术是脊柱外科中最基本的手术之一。但脊柱融合改变了原有椎体间的生理状态,导致生物力学发生明显变化,随之而来的并发症也逐渐增多。部分并发症会导致手术失败、再手术、内固定翻修等严重后果,应引起脊柱外科医师的充分重视。现主要介绍脊柱融合术后由于生物力学变化所致的两种常见并发症,即邻近节段退变和术后平背综合征,从定义及发生率、发生机制、预防和治疗等几个方面进行综述。
