摘要
在福柯话语理论和规训理论观照下,国家语委最近发布的英语等级量表是建立在完整的知识体系基础上、在我国外语教育领域里一项新出现的精细而高雅的权力技术。量表话语从空间技术、时间技术和肉体技术三个维度生产出符合社会发展需要的规范化的个体。通过后结构主义研究路径和解构式话语分析策略的运用,以期对英语教育研究中认知范式的转换和教育话语研究有所启示。
With Foucault’s discourse theory and the theory of disciplinary power, the article points out China’s Standard of English (CSE) recently issued by National Language Committee is the new, precise and elegant technology of power based on a complete knowledge system in China’s foreign language education field. CSE discourse produces the normalized individuals suitable for social development from the dimension of space, time and corporeal mechanism of discourse power. The adoption of poststructural paradigm and deconstructive discourse analysis strategies is intended to shed light both on the transfer of research paradigm in English educational research and research on educational discourse.
