摘要
目的:以《生物化学》课程为例,探究“小群体”教学模式对本科护生学习效果的影响。方法:设计问卷调查学生的文理基础、相关特质、学习动机等情况。将本科护生按文理科基础、人格特质相似度及群体人数进行正交设计分组。以考核成绩为指标,采用方差分析法分析不同“小群体”的结构对学习效果的影响。结果:随机抽取的SG样本之间无显著性差异(P>0.1);学生的《生物化学》考核成绩在使用SG教学模式后有显著性提高(P<0.1);群体人数所引起考核成绩的方差波动较大。结论:SG教学模式能显著地提高本科护的学习成绩,且SG人数对提高成绩的贡献大于学科基础及人格特质相似度,因此合理划分SG能提高本科护生的学习效果。
Objective: To explore the influence of "small group" teaching mode on the learning effect of undergraduate nursing students by taking the course Biochemistry as an example. Methods: A questionnaire was designed to survey the students' study ability, relevant characteristics and learning motivation. The students were grouped by orthogonal design according to the survey results. The effect of the structure of different "Small groups" on the learning effect is analyzed by using variance analysis method. Results: There was no significant difference between SG samples (P>0.1). After using SG teaching mode, the students' performance was significantly improved (P<0.1). The size of groups had a great influence on students’performance. Conclusion: SG teaching mode can significantly improve the academic performance of undergraduate nursing students, and the contribution of SG size to the improvement is greater than the other two factors. Therefore, a reasonable division of SG can improve the learning effect of undergraduate nursing students.
