医疗设备在医院固定资产中占据着比较大的比重,医院现代化建设发展离不开医疗设备,因此医疗设备管理在医院管理中有着重要意义。本文主要探究在医疗设备全生命周期基础上进行精细化管理,并探究精细化管理的方法与具体流程。

This paper mainly explores the meticulous management on the basis of the whole life cycle of medical equipment, and probes into the method and the concrete flow of the meticulous management.
