Risk management is the coordination activity for guiding and controlling the organization and risk-related issues. Effective management of various risks is conducive to making correct decisions and improving the coping ability and management ability. In this paper, by analyzing the application examples of risk management in medical device industry, the methods, ideas and practices of risk management are elaborated in order to provide valuable reference for the development of government management system and the transformation of department functions.
