摘要
目的:利用可控硅等元件搭建X射线管灯丝加热电路,提供稳定加热电流,保证X射线质量。方法:对灯丝变压器输入电流进行采样,与设定信号进行差动比较引入负反馈,调整可控硅导通角获取稳定的灯丝加热电流。结果:将设计电路安装X射线机上,实现对灯丝加热电路的恒流作用。结论:该电路设计合理,实现稳定X射线机管电流的作用。
Objective: to construct X-ray tube filament heating circuit with thyristor and other components to provide stable heating current and ensure X-ray quality. Methods: sampling the input current of the filament transformer, comparing it with the set signal and introducing negative feedback, adjusting the silicon controlled on Angle to obtain the stable filament heating current. Results: the designed circuit was installed on the X-ray machine to realize the constant current effect on the filament heating circuit. Conclusion: the design of this circuit is reasonable and can stabilize the function of X-ray machine mA.
