蹦床运动对中度智障儿童运动能力和平衡能力影响的研究

摘要 本文选取18名中度智障儿童为实验对象,对实验组进行12周的蹦床运动干预。结果表明,蹦床运动能有效改善和提高中度智障儿童的立定跳远、纵跳摸高、坐位体前屈成绩及单(双)足站立的稳定性,说明蹦床运动对中度智障儿童的运动能力和平衡能力有积极的促进作用。建议培智学校在保证儿童安全的前提下,积极将蹦床运动纳入现有的体育课程活动中,并对蹦床运动的运动形式、运动时间、难度、练习频率进行进一步科学设计,促进智障儿童身体健康的发展。
