摘要 健美操课程深受高校学生的喜爱,不过受传统教学理念影响,过于偏重技术教学使得学生的学习积极性降低.合作学习教学模式可有效改善师生关系,优化健美操教学质量.结合多年的健美操教学实践经验,对合作学习模式进行了深入探讨,分析了高校健美操教学中运用合作学习模式的必要性和运用原则,并提出了一系列实施策略,以期为进一步提升高校健美操教学质量提供有益帮助. Aerobics courses are popular among college students. However, influenced by traditional teaching ideas, students′ enthusiasm for learning is reduced due to too much emphasis on technical teaching. Cooperative learning teaching model can effectively improve the relationship between teachers and students and optimize the quality of aerobics teaching. Combining with many years of aerobics teaching practice experience, the author gives a deep discussion on cooperative learning mode, analyzes the necessity and principles of using cooperative learning mode in aerobics teaching in colleges and universities, and puts forward a series of implementation strategies in order to provide beneficial help for further improving the quality of aerobics teaching in colleges and universities.
