农产品电子商务标准化现状及对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasure of Agricultural Electronic Commerce Standardization

2018年,七部委联合印发《关于开展农产品电商标准体系建设工作的指导意见》,提出到2020年在农产品电商标准化工作机制、体系建设、标准实施等方面的发展目标.同时,各地方政府和电子商务相关企业在农村电商工作推进中,深刻意识到农产品电商标准化对于农产品电商规范和有序发展具有很强的现实意义.以此为契机,进行农产品电商标准化现状与具体对策的研究,旨在为典型县域的农产品电商标准化提供理论依据,为标准化体系建设打下基础.

In 2018, seven ministries and commissions jointly issued the Guiding Opinions on the Construction of Standard System for Agricultural E-commerce,and put forward the development goals of standardization mechanism,system construction and standard implementation of agricultural E-commerce by 2020. At the same time,local governments and e-commerce related enterprises in rural e-commerce work, deeply aware of the standardization of agricultural e-commerce has a strong practical significance for the standardization and orderly development of agricultural e-commerce.Taking this as an opportunity, this paper studies the current situation and specific countermeasures of agricultural e-commerce standardization, aiming at providing theoretical basis for the standardization of agricultural e-commerce in typical counties and laying a foundation for the construction of standardization system.
