容积调强弧形治疗与调强放疗技术对宫颈癌患者分次内误差的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨容积调强弧形治疗(VMAT)与调强放疗技术(IMRT)对宫颈癌患者分次内误差的影响。方法 选取医院2017年1—12月诊治的宫颈癌患者160例作为研究样本,依据放疗方式不同分为IMRT组(80例)与VMAT组(80例),对比两组的分次内误差。结果 VMAT组的各项误差水平均显著低于IMRT组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VMAT组腹痛、急性放射性肠炎发生率均低于IMRT组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 宫颈癌患者放疗过程中应用VMAT能够降低分次内误差,有利于提升宫颈癌患者的放疗精度,降低不良事件发生率。
