A Study of College Alumni Donation Mechanism under “Double First-Class Initiative”

创办一流大学越来越需要社会资源的广泛支持。校友是高校宝贵的社会财富,努力创建高效的校友捐赠机制是国家"双一流"建设战略中的一个创新发展领域。当前国家"双一流"建设高校的校友捐赠机制在"组织架构、制度建设、策略制订、文化培育和技术服务"等领域有了比较完备的架构,但同时也存在诸如"组织协作不足、策略创新匮乏、服务技术落后、资本管理传统"等弊端,基于此的优化提升将能够为构建高校校友捐赠的长效机制起到重要作用。

To build top-ranking universities, it increasingly requires extensive support from social resources. Alumni are valuable social assets of colleges and universities, and efforts to create an efficient alumni donation mechanism are innovative areas for development in the country’s "Double First-Class" construction strategy. At present, the alumni donation mechanism of the national "Double First-Class" colleges has a relatively complete structure in the fields of "organizational structure, system construction, strategy formulation, cultural cultivation and technical service", but at the same time there are also shortcomings such as "insufficient organizational cooperation and strategic innovation, backward service technology and outmoded fund management". Optimization based on these aspects will play an important role in building a long-term mechanism for donations from college alumni.
