经济园区发展是我国经济社会发展变化的一个缩影和引擎。从沿海到内陆到沿边再到海外,从单功能区到多功能区再到综合功能区,从一种形式到多种形式再到融合发展,中国走出了一条具有特色的区域经济发展道路。经济园区在促进地方经济发展、推动我国成为第一贸易大国、探索改革开放建设道路方面做出了重大贡献,但仍存在功能趋同化、自主发展能力弱、发展定位不清晰等问题。要整合资源,营造国际一流营商环境,主动融入和服务国家战略,补齐园区发展短板,推动我国经济园区高质量发展。

The development and evolution of park economy is a historical epitome and an important engine of China's economic and social development and change.From coastal to inland to coastal,from single-function area to multi-function area to comprehensive function area,from one form to multiple forms to integrated development,China has embarked on a road of regional economic development with Chinese characteristics.The park economy has made significant contributions to local economic development,promoting China's becoming a major trading power,and exploring the road of reform and opening up.However,there are still problems such as functional convergence,weak self-development,and unclear development orientation. It is necessary to integrate resources,create a world-class business environment,actively integrate and serve national strategies,complement the shortterm development of the park,and promote the high-quality development of China's park economy.
