摘要
目的:研究非小细胞肺癌中诱导细胞凋亡相关基因 19(gene associated with retinoid/interferon induced mortality 19,GRIM-19)联合高迁移率蛋白5(high mobility group protein 5,HMGN 5)的表达及其与临床各病理学特征间的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术检测67例非小细胞肺癌组织和39例远端正常组织(距癌灶>5 cm)中GRIM-19、HMGN 5的表达情况,并分析其与各临床病理特征之间的可能关系。结果:67例非小细胞肺癌组织中,GRIM-19阳性表达率为53.7%,低于在远端正常组织中的表达( P <0.01);HMGN 5阳性表达率为59.7%,高于在远端正常组织中的表达( P <0.01)。非小细胞肺癌组织中GRIM-19 、HMGN 5的表达可能有相关性( P <0.01)。结论:GRIM-19、HMGN 5在非小细胞肺癌中有不同程度的表达,可能与非小细胞肺癌发生、发展有关;临床检测非小细胞肺癌中GRIM-19、HMGN 5的表达,可能为治疗非小细胞肺癌提供新的理论研究基础和思路。
Objective To study the expression of gene associated with retinoid/interferon induced mortality 19 (GRIM-19) and high mobility group protein (HMGN5) in human non-small cell lung cancer and their relationships with clinical pathological characteristics of the cancer. Method The expression of GRIM-19 and HMGN5 in 67 cases of non-small cell lung cancer and 39 cases of distal normal tissues (more than 5 cm from the cancer focus) were detected by immunohistochemical technique.The correlations between the expression and the clinicopathological features of the cancer were analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of GRIM-19 in 67 cases of non-small cell lung cancer tissues was 53.7%,the expression in non-small cell lung cancer tissue were lower than expression in the distal normal tissues( P <0.01);And the positive expression rate of HMGN5 was 59.7%,the expression in non-small cell lung cancer tissue were higher than expression in the distal normal tissues( P <0.01).There was the relationship between the expression of GRIM-19 and HMGN5 ( P <0.01). Conclusion GRIM-19 and HMGN5 were expressed in various degrees in non-small cell lung cancer,and may be associated with the primary multidrug resistance of the cancer.The clinical detection of GRIM-19 and HMGN5 in human non-small cell lung cancer can help to provide theoretical basis for reasonable individual chemotherapy scheme.
