摘要 近年来,"东非共同体"国家经济社会发展迅速,而铁路运输能力不足已经对其经济社会发展在一定程度上形成制约。为解决区域经济社会及运输需求的增长与有限的铁路运输能力之间的矛盾,铁路规划及建设工作迫在眉睫。在阐述东非铁路网现状及规划条件的基础上,利用交通区位理论,对"东非共同体"国家进行铁路网规划研究,在区域内选取27个交通区位节点进行节点重要度划分,在区域内规划"六横六纵"的标准轨铁路网,以实现路网规模、路网质量、运输能力及时效性等方面的大幅增强。 In recent years,the East African Community(EAC)countries have gained rapid economic and social development,and the inadequate railway transport capacity has restricted their economic and social development to a certain extent.In order to solve the contradiction between the growth of regional economy,society and transport demand and the limited railway transport capacity,railway planning and construction work is imminent.On the basis of explaining the current situation and planning conditions of East African railway network,this paper studies the railway network planning of the countries of the East African Community,and selects 27 traffic location nodes in the region,and classify the importance of nodes,plans"six north-south and six east-west"standard rail network in the region,so as to realize the scale of the railway network,the quality of road network,transportation capacity and timeliness will be greatly enhanced.
