城市轨道交通列车一旦发生故障需要救援,便会造成大量延误,影响运营服务水平。为尽可能避免城市轨道交通列车发生故障救援、提高救援处置效率、较少延误时间,对城市轨道交通列车故障救援相关的规程、人员操作、设施设备3个方面进行分析。从排故技术支持、救援指挥、列车救援路径与方式方面探讨城市轨道交通列车故障救援规程,从故障判断与处置、信息流转方面探讨城市轨道交通列车人员操作,从通信设备、救援设备、排故设施、故障预测设施方面探讨城市轨道交通列车设施设备,以优化城市轨道交通列车救援组织,确保为乘客提供安全、高效的运输服务。

Once the urban rail transit train breaks down and needs rescue,it will cause a lot of delays and affects the service level.In order to avoid the failure of train as much as possible and improve the efficiency of rescue,this paper analyzes the procedures related to the failure of urban rail transit,personnel operations,and facilities.This paper probes into the rules of train failure rescue in urban rail transit from the aspects of technical support of trouble clearing,rescue command,train rescue route and mode,probes into the operation of train personnel in urban rail transit from the aspects of fault judgment and disposal and information flow,and probes into the train facilities and equipment of urban rail transit from the aspects of communication equipment,rescue equipment,trouble clearing facilities and fault prediction facilities,so as to optimize the train rescue organization of urban rail transit and ensure safe and efficient transport services for passengers.
