全口即刻负重过渡义齿的临床观察

The clinical observation of immediate loading in complete edentulous jaws

目的通过临床研究观察全口即刻修复即刻负重义齿修复后种植体存留率及种植体周围骨变化。方法选择本院种植科57例全口即刻修复即刻负重病例(单颌全口48例,上下全口9例),过渡义齿修复6个月后再行永久义齿修复。观察种植体周围黏膜、种植体周围骨吸收及种植体存留情况。结果57例种植病例在行永久修复前种植体存留率为99.6%,种植体周围黏膜健康,颈部周围未见明显吸收,上颌骨高度变化为-0.3(-0.4,-0.2),下颌骨高度变化为-0.2(-0.3,-0.1)。结论全口即刻修复即刻负重满足患者过渡期对美观及咀嚼功能的要求,种植体有较高的存留率,同时为后期永久修复咬合关系的确定提供了较好的参考。

Objective To observe the implant retention rate and bone changes around the implant after full-mouth immediate repair and immediate loading in complete edentulous jaws.Methods A total of 57 cases of full-mouth im-mediate repair and immediate loading in complete edentulous jaws(48 cases with single jaw,9 cases with complete upper and lower jaws)were selected,and the definitive restorations were made after 6 months of transitional dentures.Results In 57 cases,the survival rate of implants was 99.6%before the definitive restorations,and the surrounding mucosa of the implant was healthy,and there was no obvious absorption around the implants neck.The changes of bone height were-0.3(-0.4,-0.2)in the upper jaws and-0.2(-0.3,-0.1)in the lower jaws.Conclusions Immediate full-mouth repair and immediate loading can meet the requirements of aesthetic and masticatory function during the transi-tional period of patients.The implant has a high retention rale,and provides a good reference for the determination of oc-clusal relationship after permanent restoration.
