摘要
利用沉淀反应制备光催化剂ZnO/CuO,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和X射线衍射(XRD)对产物进行结构表征,并进行粒径分析,评价其光催化氧化罗丹明B(RhB)的活性。在太阳光照射下,考察了n(ZnO)∶n(CuO)、焙烧温度、聚乙二醇(PEG)用量、催化剂用量和循环使用次数等因素对RhB光催化氧化的影响。监测RhB反应过程中紫外可见光谱的变化,对反应中间体结构进行初步分析。结果表明:当RhB溶液质量浓度为5mg/L、催化剂用量为1.116g/L、太阳光照射360min时,RhB降解率为81%,催化剂稳定性较好,适用于光降解水中的RhB染料。
ZnO/CuO photo catalyst was successfully prepared by precipitation reaction.The product was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).Its particle size was determined.The photo catalytic oxidation of RhB with ZnO/CuO was evaluated.In the sunlight irradiation,the influence of the molar ratio of CuO and ZnO,calcinations temperature,PEG dosage,catalyst dosage and recycling times on photocatalytic oxidation of RhB had been investigated.The ultraviolet-visible spectra of RhB reaction were monitored and the structure of reaction intermediates was preliminarily analyzed.The re sults showed that when the concentration of RhB solution was 5 mg/L,the amount of catalyst was 1.116 g/L,and the sunlight irradiated for 360 min,the degradation rate of RhB was 81%.The catalyst had good stability and was suitable for photodegradation of RhB dyes in water.
