摘要
以两步水热法制备ZnO改性棉织物,利用XRD、Raman、SEM和EDS表征样品的物理化学性能,并着重考察了ZnO改性棉织物的抗紫外性能。结果表明,两步水热法可有效地将ZnO棒状颗粒负载于棉织物表面,改性后棉织物的UPF值高达104.7,UVA透过率降低至1.68%,远超过防紫外线产品的要求。经过50次水洗后,ZnO改性棉织物的UPF值和UVA透过率分别为76.1和4.38%,依然高于防紫外线产品的要求,表明ZnO改性棉织物具有持久的紫外防护能力。
Zinc oxide modified cotton fabrics were prepared by two-step hydrothermal method.The phys ical and chemical properties of the samples were characterized by XRD,Raman,SEM and EDS.The ultraviolet resistance of the cotton fabrics modified by zinc oxide was emphatically investigated.The results indicated that rodlike ZnO was loaded on the cotton fabric successfully by two-step hydrothermal method.The UPF val ue of the modified cotton was 104.7,and the UVA transmittance was as low as 1.68%,which exceeded the requirement of UV protection product.The UPF value and UVA transmittance of ZnO modified cotton fabric were 76.1 and 4.38%after 50 times washing,which still exceeded the requirement of UV protection product and meant the cotton fabric modified by zinc oxide had long-lasting ultraviolet protection ability.
