连片贫困地区高校贫困生脱贫满意度调查分析

Investigation and analysis on the satisfaction degree of poor college students getting rid of poverty in poor areas

通过对秦巴山区陕南3所高校贫困生的调查及访谈,构建逻辑回归模型,通过有序逻辑回归处理进行精准脱贫的满意度影响因素分析。结果表明,扶贫对象对扶贫项目的管理办法、对扶贫政策的宣传以及对扶贫人员的工作评价3个指标回归结果显著;脱贫满意度影响指标依强度由高到低排序依次为扶贫项目的管理办法、扶贫人员的工作评价、扶贫政策的宣传、贫困户的认定标准与认定程序、扶贫政策的了解程度。基于分析结果提出了对策建议。

Through the investigation and interview of poor college students in three cities in southern Shaanxi province of Qinba mountain area,a logical regression model was constructed,and the factors affecting the satisfaction of accurate poverty alleviation were analyzed through the orderly logic regression.The results showed that the regression results of poverty alleviation objects to three indexes were significant,which were the management of the poverty alleviation project,the propaganda of the poverty alleviation policy and the evaluation of the work of the poverty alleviation people.The impact indicators of poverty-reduction satisfaction were sorted by high-to-low ranking to the management of the poverty alleviation project,the evaluation of the work of the poverty alleviation people,the propaganda of the poverty alleviation policy,the identification standards and the identification procedures of the poor households,and the degree of understanding of the poverty-alleviation policy.The policy recommendations are put forward based on the results of the analysis.
