摘要 目的研究国产加速器图像引导系统(EPID)的质量保证内容方案和质量控制测试方法。方法使用验证模体和工具来验证图像引导系统(EPID)的安全碰撞连锁、系统运动、几何精度、配准精度、成像图像质量等。结果 EPID的安全连锁和系统运动正常,几何精度、配准精度、成像图像质量误差≤±2 mm或优于厂家推荐标准和要求。结论通过选择EPID合适的质量保证和质量控制,可以保证其在临床放疗中发挥重要的辅助摆位验证位置功能。 Objective To study the quality assurance content scheme and quality control test method of domestic accelerator image guidance system: EPID. Methods The secure collision chain, system motion, geometric accuracy, registration accuracy, and image quality of the image guidance system: EPID were verified using verification phantoms and tools. Results The safety chain and system movement of EPID were normal. The errors of geometric accuracy, registration accuracy, and imaging quality were ≤±2 mm or better than the manufacturer’s recommended standards and requirements. Conclusion By selecting the appropriate quality assurance and quality control of EPID, it can play an important role in the auxiliary position verification position in clinical radiotherapy.
