摘要
目的运用PDCA持续改进内容和周期的血液透析机个性化预防性维护模式的实践和探讨。方法选取30台血液透析机样本,以两种主要进口品牌为主。其中15台运用传统的固定内容和周期的预防性维护模式,另15台运用PDCA实现持续改进内容和周期的个性化预防性维护模式对血液透析机进行保养,保养周期为三年。然后将三年内的设备故障率指标及故障类型进行对比。结果运用了PDCA实现持续改进内容和周期的个性化预防性维护模式的血液透析机故障率更低,可有效减少使用不当、传感器校正失调以及附件损坏故障。结论运用PDCA持续改进内容和周期的血液透析机个性化预防性维护模式保障效果更好,是一种不断发展进步,有前途的预防性维护模式。
Objective To practice and discuss of personalized preventive maintenance mode of hemodialysis machine using PDCA to continuously improve content and cycle. Methods A total of 30 blood dialyzer samples were selected, which were mainly from two major imported brands. Among them, 15 used the traditional fixed content and cycle preventive maintenance mode, the other 15 used PDCA to realize the personalized preventive maintenance mode of continuous improvement of content and cycle, and the maintenance cycle was three years. Then, the failure rates and failure types of the equipment within three years were compared. Results After the using of PDCA to realize the personalized preventive maintenance mode of continuous improvement content and cycle, the failure rate of the hemodialysis machine was lower, which could effectively reduce improper use, sensor adjustment misalignment, and accessory damage failure. Conclusion Using PDCA to continuously improve the content and cycle of hemodialysis machine personalized preventive maintenance mode has better security effect. It is a progressive and promising preventive maintenance mode.
