摘要
目的探讨蓄电仪器分级分类管理模式在急危重症患者院内安全转运中的临床应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取我院2017年10~12月间急诊抢救室256例急危重症患者院内转运使用蓄电仪器443次作为对照组,2018年1~3月间267例急危重症患者使用仪器437次作为实验组。对照组采用传统常规仪器管理,实验组实施蓄电仪器分级分类管理模式,观察比较两组患者转运仪器准备时间、转运中蓄电仪器临时更换的发生率、蓄电仪器相关性不良事件发生率。结果实施蓄电仪器分级分类管理模式后,实验组的转运仪器准备时间、临时更换仪器的发生频率,蓄电相关性不良事件发生频率均显著低于对照组。结论实施蓄电仪器分级分类管理模式能够显著缩短转运仪器准备时间,降低转运仪器临时更换以及蓄电仪器相关性不良事件的发生率,在院内转运中具有重要临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of classification management mode of electric storage devices in hospital safe transportation of patients with acute and severe diseases. Methods By convenient sampling, a total of 256 severe cases transported from the emergency room of our hospital from October to December 2017 were selected as the control group, and 267 severe cases between January and March 2018 were treated as the experimental group. The experimental group was implemented through the mode of classified administration of electrical storage equipment at difference levels, while the control group was managed by the traditional method. Both groups were observed and compared through variables such as setup time of preparing medical accumulator equipment, frequency of temporary replacement of accumulator equipment, the incidence rate of adverse events related to accumulator equipment. Results After the implementation of the classification management mode of electric storage equipment, the preparation time, frequency of temporary replacement of equipment and the incidence rate of adverse events related to accumulator equipment in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion The mode of classified administration of medical accumulator equipment at difference levels can statistically shorten the setup time of preparing medical accumulator equipment, reduce the frequency of temporary replacement of accumulator equipment and the incidence rate of adverse events related to accumulator equipment. It has important clinical application value in hospital transport.
