医用耗材已在诊断、治疗和检查等医院各项服务中得到广泛应用,其种类繁杂,成本和重要性不尽相同。为有效管理医用耗材库存,采用ABC-VED(Always Better Control and Vital-Essential-Desirable)矩阵分析方法,将医用耗材分为9小类和3大类,统计分析实施前后的医用耗材库存价值、周转率和短缺率。分类管理降低了医用耗材所占成本和短缺率,提高了医用耗材周转率,有助于改善医院的财务状况和提升服务质量。

Medical consumables have been widely used in diagnosis, treatment, examination and other hospital services, and they come in many varieties, with varying costs and importance. In order to effectively manage medical consumables inventory, ABC-VED(Always Better Control and Vital-Essential-Desirable)matrix analysis method was used to divide medical consumables into 9 small categories and 3 major categories, and the inventory value, turnover rate and shortage rate of medical consumables before and after implementation were statistically analyzed. Through classified management, the cost and shortage rate of medical consumables are reduced, and the turnover rate of medical consumables is improved, which is helpful to improve the financial situation of the hospital and improve the service quality.
