摘要
应用多目立体视觉三维重建理论及其方法,构建了3D混凝土骨料形状参数测试分析系统.分析系统通过多目视觉技术,多角度提取骨料的三维信息,利用三维重建方法,获得相关的、用于表征骨料形状特性的形状参数,如针状、片状系数、圆度、球度、凸度、矩形度.在骨料形状参数分析的基础上,进一步分析计算骨料级配及针、片状颗粒含量等表征骨料质量指标的参数,解决了通过图像处理技术检测骨料主要质量指标的问题.对比研究分析表明,测试精度与传统的筛分方法高度吻合,为骨料质量的自动检测分析提供了新的方法.
The multi-view stereo vision three-dimensional reconstruction theories and its methods are applied to construct the 3D concrete aggregate shape parameters testing and analysis systems. The 3D analysis system obtains the relevant shape parameters by extracting the three-dimensional information of the aggregate and adopting the three-dimensional reconstruction method,acquires relevant shape parameters to represent shape characteristics of aggregate such as needle coefficient,circularity,flake coefficient,sphericity,convexity and rectangularity.Based on the analysis of aggregate shape parameters,the 3D analysis system further analyzes the gradation of the aggregate and flake particles.The problem of detecting the main quality indicators of aggregate by image processing technology is solved.Comparative research shows that the accuracy is highly consistent with the traditional method, which provides a new method for the automatic detection and analysis of aggregate quality.
