摘要 采用访谈法、观察法对某高师院校经过教育实习的师范生(准教师)的专业能力现状进行调查,发现存在的问题:有的实习生不能科学合理地设计教学目标;教学方法单一,教学缺少启发性;师生关系处理不好,在学生中难以建立威信;教学反思形式单一,反思深度不够,反思后不能有效地改进教学。建议在高师院校课程与教学论、学科教学法等课程教学中注重新教育理念的渗透;实习生应多参与实习学校的课例研究活动;学会培养班干部辅助班级管理;养成撰写教学反思日志的习惯,多反思教学存在的问题,实习指导教师应及时指导实习生的教学与班级管理工作。 By means of interview and observation,this paper investigates the current situation of professional ability of normal students(prospective teachers) who have been engaged in educational practice in the normal university. Problems found include:some trainees fail to design teaching objectives scientifically and reasonably.The teaching method is single,the teaching lacks the inspiration.If the relationship between teachers and students is not well handled,it is difficult to establish prestige among students.Teaching reflection form is single,reflection depth is not enough,reflection can not effectively improve teaching.It is suggested to pay attention to the infiltration of new educational concepts in curriculum and teaching theory,subject teaching method and other curriculum teaching in nomal colleges.Trainees should be more involved in lesson study activities at the school of practice.The society trains the class cadre to assist the management class.Develep the habit of writing teaching journal,more reflection on the problems in teaching. Intership guidance teachers should timely guide the interns on teaching and class management.
