应用型本科高校师范生实践教育模式创新研究 被引量:4

摘要 文献研究发现,应用型本科高校传统师范教育存在重理论轻实践、师范教育“师性”不强、教育模式有局限、师范毕业生供需质量难均衡等问题。尽管可从师范教育面临的宏观社会环境以及微观的师范教育课程层面解析问题的成因,但不可否认,对应用型本科高校师范教育而言,实践教育模式始终是影响其人才培养质量的重要因素。本研究聚焦于改善应用型本科高校师范教育的实践教育质量,运用逻辑推理、论证和归纳法,提出能重构应用型高校与中小学校伙伴关系的"三元联盟”实践教育模式,并对该模式的指导思想、构成要素进行了详细阐述,认为可基于"三元联盟”实践教育模式形成的实践学习共同体能有效提升师范生的实践能力,进而提高应用型本科高校师范教育的质量。 Through the method of literature research, it was found that there exist problems in traditional preservice teacher education in applied undergraduate university, such as emphasizing theory over practice, teachers' character in preservice teacher education is not strong;education mode limited, supply and demand of normal graduates' quality unable to balance, etc. Although it may be analysis the cause of problem as above stated from macro-social environment and microcosmic preservice teacher education course, but undeniably, for preservice teacher education of applied undergraduate university, practical education mode is the important factor that affecting cultivation quality of talents. Focuse on improve the quality of practical education of preservice teacher education in applied undergraduate universities, use logic reasoning, argumentation and induction, propose a "triadic alliance" practical education model that may be able to reconstruct the partnership between applied university and primary and secondary school, and also elaborate the guiding ideology and elements of the model in detail. It is believed that the practical learning community based on the "triadic alliance" practical education model can effectively enhance the practical ability of preservice teachers, and then improve the quality of preservice teacher education in applied undergraduate universities.
