摘要
研究以校本教研、共同体建设和ESP教师专业发展为理论框架,探索在高等教育国际化背景下本土ESP师资内生性可持续专业发展模式。主要结论:构建校本特色ESP教师专业发展模式应体现学校本位,聚焦ESP课程建设,走教学-科研-社会服务一体化发展之路,以教学团队为基础,开展校本教研共同体建设;其实践机制为问题导向、任务嵌入、多元参与、多维实践;注重国际教育资源对其全方位、渗透式发展。建议:校本教研共同体活动设计应具有连贯性、系统性;其成员互动应向广度和深度拓展;共同体可持续发展还需要政策支持和制度保障。
Based on the theoretical framework of school-based teaching and research, community construction and ESP teachers' professional development, this paper explores the endogenous and sustainable professional development model for local ESP teachers under the background of internationalization of higher education. Main conclusions include 1) the construction of school-based ESP teachers' professional development model should reflect the schools' characteristics, focus on ESP curriculum construction, take the road of integrated development of teaching-scientific research-social services, and the school-based teaching and research community construction should be carried out on the basis of various teaching teams;2) its practice mechanism is problem-oriented, task-embedding, multi-body participation,and multidimensional practice;3) international education resources should be drew to make a comprehensive and permeable development. It is suggested that the design of school-based teaching and research community activities should be coherent and systematic, the interaction of its members should be expanded to the breadth and depth, and the sustainable development of the community also needs policy support and institutional guarantee.
