摘要 基于2010—2018年关于卓越教师的文献成果发现,近年来我国卓越教师研究的内容主要包括卓越教师的概念、培养模式、培养面临的问题与对策。当前卓越教师研究中存在以下问题:理论研究不足、缺乏实证研究、研究方法较单一、研究视角较狭窄。今后卓越教师研究的发展方向主要为:对卓越教师的研究应加强理论研究与实证研究,丰富研究方法,拓宽研究视角。 Based on the literature results of outstanding teachers from 2010 to 2018, it is found that the research contents of outstanding teachers in China in recent years mainly cover the concept of outstanding teachers, training mode, problems and countermeasures faced by training. At present, there are the following problems in the research of outstanding teachers: the lack of theoretical research, the lack of empirical research, the research method being monotonous, and the perspective of research being narrow. In the future, the development direction of outstanding teacher research should be as follows: the research of outstanding teacher should strengthen theoretical research and empirical research, enrich research methods, broaden the research perspective and carry on the research from many angles.
