摘要 师资力量薄弱是各国乡村教育的一大短板,而为乡村教师提供差异化的津补贴是提高乡村师资力量的有效方法。日本、美国、法国等国前后采取了一系列办法促进乡村教师津补砧的落实,并取得了一些成果。对这些国家的乡村教师津补贴政策进行梳理分析,借鉴其先进的教育理念、完善的法律保障、科学的激励措施,可进一步完善我国乡村教师津补砧政策。 Teachers are weak in rural education in various countries, and providing differentiated subsidies to rural teachers is an effective way to improve rural teachers. Japan, the United States, France and other countries have adopted a series of measures to promote the implementation of subsidies for rural teachers, and achieved some results. By combing and analyzing the subsidy policies of rural teachers in these countries, we can further improve the subsidy policies of rural teachers in China by referring to their advanced educational concepts, perfect legal guarantee and scientific incentive measures.
